The quality of the installation of your charger is essential to guarantee the correct charging of your electric vehicle and the safety of everyone. Once you add installation service to the cart, we'll contact you to close the details of the installation and will send a certified technician to carry it out. Our certified technicians are qualified professionals who perfectly know our products and have been trained to install them.

The installation package includes the installation of your Wallbox and the appropriate material to carry it out. In addition, the installer will perform the start-up of the charger.

What's included:

On-site inspection of the existing power grid and existing corresponding electrical installations
Two technician visits, including a 1-hour pre-installation visit and 1-2 hour installation visit. (Please ensure you're available for 2 hours on the scheduled date for the installation visit).
During the pre-installation visit, a licensed technician will review your parking space and domestic electrical setup. The technician will help you book an appointment date for the installation during this visit.
During the installation visit, the technician will fit the charger on a wall (brick or plaster) near your parking spot or onto another suitable permanent structure and test if it works. The technician will connect the charger safely to the main electricity supply. This includes installing a 3-way consumer unit, circuit protection, and drilling through a wall.

So that you know, this fixed price is for the installation service only; it does not include the charger.
